Return Policy

Any return of the products requires a written RA# (Return Authorization). You are welcome to email us at, and we will send you the RA#. You must indicate RA# on the return. will accept returns on any unopened product within 30 days of the original ship date. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that any product that has been opened cannot be returned. Please contact us prior to shipping products back to obtain a return authorization number from us.

As CPAP products are considered medical equipment of a very personal nature, all machines, including CPAP, APAP, BiPAP, and Humidifiers, cannot be returned once the package has been opened, whether the unit shows hours of usage or not. Any warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer. will accept returns on merchandise sold that have manufacturing defects. If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship, please contact us first for troubleshooting and then, if required, a return authorization number will be issued to you via email. No credits or refunds will be issued until we have received the product into our facilities and examined them. Please note that if any package that arrived with missing items or is damaged in transit, will be returned must be contacted within 15 days of receipt in order for a claim to be made.

Manufacturer Warranties

CPAP, BiPAP and APAP machines carry a manufacturer warranty. If your machine malfunctions, email us at: or call our office at 1-866-209-0654 to verify the machine is still under warranty. If so, please call to arrange a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Warranty claim decisions are solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping the machine to our office.

Manufacturers do not warranty against misuse or water damage. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, you will have a choice to have it returned to you at no cost, have the machine repaired by the manufacturer (repair costs will be communicated and collected before the machine is repaired), or purchase a new machine at current prices displayed on the website.
